Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected, normally within two working days of arrival at our warehouse.

Where the refund goes

• Paid by bKash → refunded to the same bKash account, 3–5 working days
• Paid by card → refunded to the same card, 5–10 working days depending on your bank
• Cash on delivery → refunded to a bKash number you nominate, or as store credit
• Store credit → returned to your store credit balance immediately

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are refunded when the return is due to our error — a damaged, incorrect or expired item. They are not refunded on change-of-mind returns.

Partial refunds

Where only part of an order is returned, the refund is calculated against the actual amount paid for those items, including any discount that was applied to them.
