1. Using B12

By placing an order you confirm the information you have given is accurate and that you are able to receive delivery at the address provided.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional prices apply only while the promotion is running; the price shown at the moment your order is confirmed is the price you pay.

3. Stock

Stock is confirmed when your order is placed. In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

4. Product information

We reproduce manufacturer ingredient lists and directions as supplied. Cosmetic products are not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice — if you have a skin or scalp condition, please consult a qualified doctor.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel an order at no cost until it has been handed to the courier.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
